I have N50-640 desptop PC. The system came as i5 12400f + RTX3060, but I installed RTX4060 and it runs cooler. Now the plan in my head is to install a 13th gen i5 or i7 processor if the Bios supports it, and if the bios does not support it, I want to upgrade with a 12th gen i7. my first question is can i do this cpu upgrade? if it is suitable, i want to cool the processor with a heatsink like corsair h55, is it suitable for mounting the motherboard and case?

Single radiator cpu water cooling like the Corsair H55 is not advantageous over an efficient dry cpu cooler like Noctua, I would suggest that you look at the Noctua NH-U9S Black cpu cooler as that is what community members have been using for these Acer desktops that have limited and restricted spaces between the cpu and ram modules, best is to measure your spaces inside the N50-640 and look at appropriate cooler, imo the Noctua NH-U9S Black has been proven to be just as efficient as a dual fan 240mm water cooler and far more superior to the Corsair H55 water cooed cpu single radiator cooler.

With the upgrade to the 13th Gen, I don't think that your N50-640 mainboard has a bios upgrade version to make it compatible, as even its last bios version R01-B1 has nothing to do with 13th Gen compatibility for the 13th Gen cpu. I can’t guarantee this for your model, but Acer usually releases the latter models of these desktops to be compatible with the new models like the 13th Gen cpu’s, and they can be just as easy as a plug and play, with a 13th Gen cpu, but I don’t know as it depends which model N50-640 you have, as this is the case of N50-640 models released before the new Nitro N50-650 came on he market? Acer now has a Nitro N50-650 that is a 13th Gen with either an i5-13400F or an i7-13700F cpu desktop, that are available on the market today, so you can either upgrade to a new N50-650 desktop or upgrade your mobo to this desktops 13th Gen model, if you can get one, btw the new N50-650 mobo Acer part numbers are:

Air cooling works both unnecessarily large and loud, but cold cooling never makes any noise. I'm thinking with a liquid cooling with 120mm radiator if the i7 12700f works fine. The point I am most curious about is is the motherboard suitable for corsair h55 mounting? Before I forget, I live in Turkey and there are 2 ram slots in the models sold here on amazon, but I have reviewed it on the forum and youtube. This model has 4 ram slots. Why is our model produced as 2 slots? They also brought the ram slots to the bottom of the CPU cooler.

if you're doing a cpu and gpu upgrade, why don't you spend a few more $ and get a new mother board and build a new system? It will save you from all the headaches of trying to find parts to fit an Acer proprietary motherboard, especailly the PSU. If you don't want to go that full route, you should still do a case swap, the Acer case is horrible for airflow and the small size means you're limited to 92mm fans. I did a full case swap for my N50-640 and upgraded to an AIO liquid cooler, system runs much cooler. Check this thread:

Why did you give such a meaningless answer? It would be better if you didn't answer at all. Other than that, I love this computer and the case, I like systems that are compact and powerful enough. I can build a $10,000 collectible pc if I want, but it's not my style, and it's fun to work with and succeed.

you took it the wrong way, chill. I'm saying if you're gonna do all that expensive upgrade, and want to maximize its performance, the Acer case will overheat. Like I said, it's up to you what route you want to take. I'm out.
