Acer Swift 5 Why i will never buy Acer again

In the last two years I bought two Acer Swift 5, this is what happened to me while using them

 - after one year from purchase matrix frame cracked, 
 after almost three weeks the service replaced it under warranty
 - in the second purchased equipment, the network card stopped working, 
 the service said that it would be enough to reinstall the bios
 - but it didn't, day after the laptop came back from the service 
 I had to sent it back to replace the network card 
 for a new one - a month without a computer
 - meanwhile, in the first one, the charging socket stopped working,
  literally a month after the warranty expired
 - and the last hit - in the newer one, the matrix broke spontaneously, 
 after receiving the equipment, 
 the service refused to repair it under warranty and then sent back the equipment 
 in which it turned out that THE SERVICE BROKEN THE MATRIX HOUSING
 - I was really p****, I sent them back the equipment with a description that I got it in a worse condition than I sent it for repair,
  today I found out that they replaced the housing with a new one, 
  leaving a cracked matrix
    
Now I am impatiently waiting for the package from the service,
 I want to see how the matrix looks like after their treatment
 
I have got a 6 years old Asus and it is in much better condition that this scrap
Thanks for the support acer, I won't make the same mistake for the third time

    WOW RTK82, did you break a mirror to have such bad luck with laptops?😊 Acer Tech Support has tried to fix all your problems, I don't see the problem, as they are still fixing your problem(s). You must have been the unluckiest Acer laptop user of ALL TIME. I’ve never ever heard of someone having two laptops have those sorts of problems and faults, as I’ve had many desktops and laptops since 1984 and I've never had such problems with Acer or any other manufacturer and I use to buy 30 desktops and laptops at a time for my business when renewing PCs. Be patient RTK82 as this can happen with all manufacturers and its not an Acer issue only.

    The problem is that the service decided that the cracked matrix is my problem and if I want I can replace it paying half the cost of the computer.
    I have two Swift 5, after less than year of usage in one craks the frame and in the second the matrix - and the Acer technical service writes that "it happens". Wonder why they changed the frame to stiffier when i send the first laptop to service - maybe because it was poorly designed and they knew it.
    I had may desktops in my life but none of them was so lame like those Swift 5
