In the last two years I bought two Acer Swift 5, this is what happened to me while using them
- after one year from purchase matrix frame cracked,
after almost three weeks the service replaced it under warranty
- in the second purchased equipment, the network card stopped working,
the service said that it would be enough to reinstall the bios
- but it didn't, day after the laptop came back from the service
I had to sent it back to replace the network card
for a new one - a month without a computer
- meanwhile, in the first one, the charging socket stopped working,
literally a month after the warranty expired
- and the last hit - in the newer one, the matrix broke spontaneously,
after receiving the equipment,
the service refused to repair it under warranty and then sent back the equipment
in which it turned out that THE SERVICE BROKEN THE MATRIX HOUSING
- I was really p****, I sent them back the equipment with a description that I got it in a worse condition than I sent it for repair,
today I found out that they replaced the housing with a new one,
leaving a cracked matrix
Now I am impatiently waiting for the package from the service,
I want to see how the matrix looks like after their treatment
I have got a 6 years old Asus and it is in much better condition that this scrap
Thanks for the support acer, I won't make the same mistake for the third time
