predator helios 300 PH317 Laptop Charger adapters breaking down

So I have a predator helios 300 PH317 Laptop that I’ve had for quite some time, many years. Despite it’s age and some hiccups it actually still runs fairly well. However, one issue I’ve had is with it’s chargers. I’ve gone through a large number of them overtime, they seem to break down after awhile and just degrade until they stop working. I had theory it might be due to running more resource intensive stuff and possible the heat from it, but recently two chargers I’ve purchased last around a month and little over a half. I still don’t know the exact issue.
