The USB flash drive with the ISO image was probably not correctly made, did you select that it would be used for another PC?

Check this forum for similar. threads, I read last week: "Disable the VMD controller: (Intel® Volume Management Device). On clean installs, with VMD enabled you have to have the IRST driver available before Windows setup will see the drives installed.
Download IRST driver, extract it and save it in the desktop, during the installation process, when it asks, "Where do you want to install Windows?", you click Load driver (most probably in the lower left) and browse to the Desktop where you have saved the extracted folder, after the installation your system will recognize the SSD". Wait for others to comment further on your issue, I have not tried this.1 -
Do I install SetupRST.exe?

I read "extract it and save it in the desktop" just the driver, IMO don't install it.

Hey sa_gamer, do the below steps as its the easiest and will work 100% and "DO NOT INSTALL WIN-10 ON THIS DESKTOP" your Predator PO7-640 desktop is designed to operate with Win-11 ONLY and came with Win-11 Pro. The below is what you need to do for your M.2 boot drive to be recognized:
- You need the unzipped IRST (Intel® Rapid Storage Technology) Driver 19.2.0.1003 driver to be put onto either the Win-11 installation USB or another USB.
- When you get to the Win-11 installation screen of "Where do you want to install Windows?" > go to > Load driver > and from either the installation USB or another USB drive, put the unzipped IRST (Intel® Rapid Storage Technology) Driver 19.2.0.1003 driver and then install this driver.
As after you have done the two steps above, your M.2 boot drive will be recognized, and you can proceed with the format and a Clean Install of Win-11 onto your Predator PO7-640 desktop.
Predator PO7-640 mainboard that is an Intel® Z690 Chipset mainboard, with a 1x M.2 SSD slot for its boot drive that is at #23 below and its a type PCIe 4 x4 M.2 SSD slot, btw I would upgrade the M.2 SSD PCIe 4 x4 to the 990 PRO PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD 1TB as that is the quickest M.2 suitable for this high end desktop, just my opinion.

I did everything that was required and unfortunately no change 😑
Do you know why my device bothers me?
Because it does not accept the definition of some devices such as Apollo twin x, wave xlr and avermedia live gamer bolt
As well as any Thunderbolt device
Also, some companies did not update to Windows 110 -
Leave VMD enabled. Download the iRST Drivers and extract them offline. Copy the resulting folder, if you are working with W11 it should be something like IRST_Intel_19.2.0.1003_W11x64, to the root of your install flash drive. When you get to that screen click on Load Driver, then navigate to the folder you copied to the installer. It should work from there. If it doesn't find anything to install, go into each of the three sub-folders and select the .inf files and install each of them. That should get you to where the drives now show up and you can do the install.
Normally we'd suggest you do a factory reinstall using the Alt-F10 feature at boot, then allow Windows update to do the W11 upgrade for you. That would leave you all the Acer specific utilities and give you a clean system. That isn't likely to be an option though, since the insider preview usually wipes the factory image off.

How do i make vmd enabled
Do you do that from Bios?

Yup, it should be enabled by default in the BIOS, it is only disabled if you followed some of the suggestions above to turn it off.
