I was playing Overwatch and after less than 10 minutes, my PC crashed and it now refuses to boot. It turns on for a few seconds before turning of again. The PC was purchased around a week ago if it's of any importance.

Hi, Sorry to hear about your issue. Try to do Power Drain and BIOS Reset and check by following the below steps.

Power Drain and BIOS RESET :
    1) Unplug all the cables from the Desktop once the unit is completely off.
    2) Press and hold the Power button of the unit for 30 secs with no cables plugged-in.
    3) Then plug the cables back into the unit.
    4) Now press the power button once to turn on the unit and immediately keep on tapping the Delete key to enter the BIOS.
    5) In the BIOS, press F9 to reset the BIOS to setup defaults.
    6) At the confirmation screen, press Enter for Yes to load the default configuration.
    7) Press F10 to save your changes, and restart the system. Select Yes and press ENTER to confirm.
Try this and post your results.

Even after doing this if the problem still persists, try to do a Factory Reset and check by following the below steps.

Reset PC using Alt + F10:

    1) Press and hold the Power key for 5 seconds to power the system off completely.
    2) Hold down the ALT key down and press the Power key to turn on the computer.
    3) Immediately after pressing the power key, keep on tapping the F10 key while you are still holding down the Alt key. Your system should boot to a blue screen that says Choose an option.
    4) Select Troubleshoot.
    5) Click Reset your PC.
    6) Click Next, then select Just remove my files.
    7) Click Reset to begin the recovery.

Even after doing this if the problem still persists, check the link below and contact the Acer support.

@MartinJohn00001 The N50-600 is a DESKTOP not a laptop. There is no battery reset/power drain
@Chip_ It is one week old and it shouldn't be happening, use your warranty

Please click YES if I answered your question

@andylb I believe I have shared the correct information for power drain. Like you said its a desktop there is no option to reset it with Pinhole neither we cannot think about the battery. So, to perform power drain disconnecting all the cables ( Ex: Important ones like Power cable, any data cables etc) Post this holding power button for 30 sec does the same job like in Laptops with Pinhole reset.

Please correct me if any :)

Open the brackets that lock the DDR modules, remove the DDR4 modules and push the modules firmly back in the slots, close the brackets till you hear a loud click, this is also called reseat the RAM modules.
