@ZDNNN try to push the charger pin further in. Does the charge indicator light up?

First find out if there is any charge left in your battery. Run a battery report by typing this in the Command Prompt: powercfg /batteryreport Check what the last maximum charge (100%) was for the battery, if this is close to zero your battery is dead and cannot be charged anymore. If the battery has charge, reset by inserting a pin in the pinhole at the back of your laptop (it has a small battery sign next to the pinhole). After you feel a click (micro switch) Keep pressing it down for a few seconds and plug in the adapter to see if the amber LED charge light comes on at he side of your laptop. If no LED and you think the adapter is good, you can boot with the adapter. open the back of the laptop and disconnect the battery cable from the MOBO, remove the coin battery from the CMOS capsule, shorten the +/- contacts inside the CMOS capsule with an opened paperclip and put the coin battery back in with the + sign up. Press the power Button down for a minute to drain any residual currents on the MOBO and reseat the DDR4 modules firmly in the SODIMM sockets. Reconnect the battery cable and close the back of the laptop. If this still does not fix the charging issue, try another adapter or get a new battery.
