I was replacing the screen and when I pressed the power button to test the screen, there was no power. I connected to the charger and there was no battery charging light or power.

If you don't get power then that is a bad sign, as I hope that you unplugged/removed the MAIN BATTERY FIRST before you unplugged the eDP cable/plugs and attempted to replace the screen, as you need to first do that before you replace the old screen with the new screen into the mainboard?

If you didn't unplug the main battery and your laptop doesn't boot or turn on, then you could have caused serious damage to circuitries internally and related to the screen, as you could have even burned the gpu, which will need a new motherboard for your laptop! Take your PH315-52 laptop to Acer in your area or to an experienced technician that has the expertise to analyse and fix your laptop as you can’t fix these problems yourself.
