an515-54 Fans control and status not responding to nitrosense

Hi, my acer an515-54 2019 is not responding to nitrosense as showed in below picture

, this very different type of problem so please help.

    @AnhEZ28 yes so many times and also I reset the bios and reinstalled windows 11 in backup mode not fresh

    @Akashjaiswal are you able to choose different fan speed options? Do the fans run and change speed?

    @AnhEZ28 yes I can toggle and can vary the slider but no change in speed and mode, it is in default automatic speed change according to load

    @Akashjaiswal what do you mean by reinstalling Windows 11 in backup mode? Like selecting the Reset this PC option?

    @AnhEZ28 yes I chose Reset this pc and then after I select keep my files option

    and after for apps and settings I get in 'Backup and Restore (windows 7)' option in control panel where I selected 'Create system image disc' for 'Apps and Settings' and saved the file made in usb drive, so that I restored the Apps and Settings via usb drive after installation of windows 11.

    @Akashjaiswal try to use revo uninstaller to fully uninstall the Nitrosense service.

    This is how your NS should be when it works perfectly like below, this from my Nitro 5 AN515-56. I've never ever had problems with NS ever, after clean installing Win-11 and reinstalling NS at least 5 times, its not the software its the sensors that control the fans and temps in your laptop that are affected in your laptop and NS will not work whatever you do.

    Try to install the same year 2019 Predator Helios PH315-53 the Predator Sense Version: 3.00.3152 or the PH315-54 Version: 3.00.3192_20220530 on your Nitro AN515-54, as from what I've heard it works?

    Open the laptop and check the thermal module and fans connecting cable/plug at the below position if they are plugged in properly and are not damaged, also take the module out and clean everything of paste and change the thermal pads, as after 4 years that should be done. Use a high-end paste like Thermal Grizzly for the cpu/gpu and use the K5 Pro pad paste then try and see if NS works and you can control the fan speeds.

    Clean all the thermal pads off and put the new pad K5 Pro pad paste on the red marked vcore chips and the Grizzly Thermal paste on the green marked cpu/gpu like below:
