The only way to get OEM Window OS back with Acer's apps is bringing your laptop to Acer Services in your country and ask them to reinstall the original system and reset the laptop to factory defaults. A small service fee ($25 in the Philippes) will be charged.

You have a 500GB 2.5" Sata mechanical HDD + 20GB SSD as recovery drive. Don't touch that SSD. This is a 10-year-old Windows 8 laptop so keep it simple with upgrading the storage. Focus on the 2.5" Sata HDD and consider replacing it with a 2.5" Sata 1TB Samsung EVO 870 Plus V-NAND SSD.

Download the Microsoft Win-10 and install that, as the oem OS from Acer is not available and to get this OS you will have to wait a long time with Acer. You have all the Win-10 drivers for this laptop at Acer V7-482PG Drivers & Manuals, also update the bios to the last bios update and upgrade the boot drive to a new SATA III SSD 2.5" drive and install Win-10 from Microsoft and then update all the drivers, as that is the best way to install an OS on this laptop. That is what I ages ago to my Aspire V3-571G and its running Win-10 Pro, with 8GB DDR3-1866MHz ram and its speedy and its been very reliable since Win-10 was released as I updated it from Win-8.
V7-482PG compatible storage
Upgrade the ram to this laptops max spec like a 1x 8GB DDR3-1600Mhz module to get the max ram of 12GB with the 4GB onboard soldered ram.

Follow this tutorial to install Windows10 Home 64-bit on the 2.5" Sata HDD (or 2.5" Sata SSD). Steven showed in the above comment that you can replace your 20GB SSD for a 256GB Sata SSD so you could install W10 on the 250GB Sata SSD and make that your primary boot drive and your 2.5" Sata drive your secondary drive for data storage, it will boot faster.0
