Predator PH315-55 Logitech Camera Shuts Down All Devices

Hi,

so recently after a Windows 11 update, I found out my C920 blocks all other cameras and sound devices (in and output) when plugged in.

I reversed the W update, but the issue persists.

Whenever the camera is plugged into the USB (I tried with all USB jacks and my hub), microphones, audio devices and cameras stop working and are 100% non-discoverable.

A Windows troubleshooter can be run, it flickers them back on for a millisecond and registers a fix, but then everything immediately goes back offline.

If I remove the camera and run the troubleshooter, all works fine and well.

Faulty cam, right? No.

Tried the camera on another, older laptop I have laying around and it works well with its Windows 10 OS. No issues whatsoever.

Is a complete wipeout and reinstallation the only way?

    Hi @neglected000_ can you please indicate the exact model of the equipment?
    The camera is one C920x HD Pro or one C920s HD Pro?

    It's a very old c920 HD Pro, standard edition which I have been using since the end of 2018.

    The equipment is compatible with Windows 11 but I have doubts about the camera although according to the manufacturer it is compatible with Windows 10 and higher according to this information:

    But in case of incompatibility it should not cause the problem you mention, in the worst case it should not be detected or not work.
    I think, although I cannot confirm it, that it is an electronic problem with the camera itself.
