Hi, I was playing CSGO and suddenly my Laptop had BSOD- VIDEO TDR FAILURE Windows 10. I had got my Laptop format 2 times, and have trid installing gpu with CMD and many other ways, but Device Manager and the BIOS are not able to identify the GPU Anymore, It has not even been 3 years since I have purchased this laptop. It's in great conditions, 4 days ago I had got my laptop repaste + fan and vents clean and the next day suddenly the BSOD and then the GPU is no longer detected or working. I don't know what is the fix, neither did the technician who has serviced my laptop for 3 years, this never happened.

How shall I Fix this? I live in Thane/Mumbai in India, and I recently also had a surgery hence I am requiring to use the laptop way more than ever, to spend my time and I hope it won't be much expensive to fix the laptop. Please help me out here friends. I feel to never ever purchase acer products again. Asus is much of a fabulous brand than acer clearly. Their team is incompetent they don't know how to solve our problems and then with this support groups, the users are rather helping each other.

    Hi @karlcoaster,

Unfortunately, Acer's quality and reputation has been declining steeply!

Try installing firmware UEFI / BIOS, NVIDIA VBIOS firmware improve performance:

And update GPU drivers with the latest versions:

Let me explain you once again, the laptop BIOS is latest to 2.4 for the RTX 2060 model, The LAPTOP BIOS & WINDOWS none of them Detect my GPU. I have FORMAT AND REINSTALL WINDOWS, 2 TIMES. I even manually tried GPU installing by cmd but it did not work. If I format my laptop then I would have to install those acer support drivers which I have and yet the laptop is not detecting the GPU so I have no idea how do I fix that.

Download it and keep it running HWMonitor for a few minutes. Then attach here a screenshot with the result of reading all sensors.

Please, compact and attach here (if available) all *.DMP files located in folder bellow:

    C:\Windows\Minidump

Hi, I dont know how to take a compact screenshot, so i rather am attaching the txt file.

I have today done factory RESET to the laptop , now this error has popped up. I have contacted ACER Service center and they're charging me bulk money just for "DIAGNOSING CHARGES" and the solving problem charges are seperate. GPU is not detected, i have installed all the drivers and tried to install nvidia driver from the acer site as well its not compatible as hardware is not found.

I have fixed the express port after restarting as i had not after installing chipset driver. But yeah, Nvidia GPU is not detecting up at all.

If your laptop is still under warranty it is best to contact Acer Support and request the RMA.

If it was under warranty, Id have got it fixed rather than posting here, sadly they only provided me a year warranty. It's been 3 years now since I own the laptop. So what shall I do? I called a service center and they were charging rubish for diagnosing and for fixing the laptop there would be other charges. One local shop guy said reballing and another person said to change the motherboard.

i guess nobody has a solution for this, never purchasing over hyped acer again, asus tuf is much cheaper than predator as of now.
