My notebook windows key not working Predator 17 G9-792.

I replaced the keyboard with a new one, but it's the same error.
But when the USB keyboard is connected, the connected keyboard works normally. and i reinstalled the operating system as well. there is an error. Tried removing PredatorSense. Also tried changing PredatorSense settings. not working WINDOWS key.

            Language: English (Regional Setting: English)

  System Manufacturer: Acer

         System Model: Predator G9-792

                 BIOS: V1.07 (type: UEFI)

            Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.6GHz

               Memory: 20480MB RAM

  Available OS Memory: 20362MB RAM

Go to this link. Test all keys to see if any other keys fail to respond. Also please post a phone photo of the BIOS Main page. Report back.
