So when I went to sleep I turned off my computer and sat it back on my desk. And when I woke up i tried to turn it back on but it dosent. I've tried alt+f10+power that worked but when I turned It back off. And tried to get on it later it did the same thing so I thot I had to do the same thing again and I did but it dosent work. Now when I'm charging it a blue light comes on and that's it its dosent blink it just sits there.

Do the Power drain and battery/CMOS reset procedures combined. If your laptop is under warranty this may void the warranty:

Open the laptop and disconnect the battery cable to the motherboard, locate the round CMOS capsule (right side of the main battery) open it and take out the coin battery, shorten the +/- contacts inside the capsule with a bended paperclip (this resets CMOS and BIOS) and replace the coin battery, close CMOS capsule and remove the RAM DDR module from the slot, push the DDR module firmly back in the slot, lock the slot bracket till you hear a loud click. Push down the Power Button on the keyboard for 2 full minutes to drain any static and residual charge. Close the laptop (don't connect the battery yet) and try to boot with the adapter. If that works, connect the battery and try to boot with the battery only, if no boot you have to replace your battery. A dead battery cell can block the power from the adapter to the PSU.

Just in addition to the answer above, saying and asking a question starting with "My computer" means nothing, be more specific to which model and type of computer you have, as there are different ways to reset and diagnose your power on fault(s) that can come from many causes like a power button or key, IO chip, bios or a chipset or internal circuitries that have either shorted or burned out as all this needs to be diagnosed by an experienced technician
