Acer Predator helios 300 315-55
windows 11 updated and licensed0 -
OK, Acer has drivers posted for W11 for your Predator PH315-55, so compatibility isn't an issue. Since the issue takes a while to appear it is most likely either an app acting up or a thermal problem. Run one of the temperature monitoring utilities, such as Predator Sense to see where your temperature are. What do they show when the issue presents?

the temperature is good i always watch it
i turned cpu boosting to keep the laptop in low temperature so the temperature isn't a problem at all0 -

Try running Performance Monitor and watch for either instances where memory use gets really high or disk activity gets really high, then sort the list to see what apps are causing the issue. Typically stuttering and freezing are due to an app taking control of the bus to do something like a burst write to disk, then either not releasing immediately or writing too bug of a segment, which takes time.

OK, that helps a lot. Which NVIDIA GPU is on your system? IIRC they came with a 3060, 2070, 2070 ti or 3080… Which version of the NVIDIA drivers are installed? I think they shipped with 30.0.15.1289 but the current version is likely much newer.

OK, that all looks good, which means we are back to finding an app that's blipping the system. :( Try disabling Predator Sense and Malwarebytes, they could each be acting up. Make sure Windows Defender is running after disabling Malwarebytes…

i removed malwarebites but i need predator sense for fan and temperature and turbo mode

But try to get the stuttering with PS disabled. You don't need to run it, just use Services to disable the service.

i tried to remove both of them and the problem is still the same

how can i disable it , dont know what mean by PS

Predator Sense = PS. If you are still getting the stuttering with both disabled then the issue has to be with a different app or driver. Go ahead and re-enable them and start testing with other things disabled.

Ok Listen Carefully , i have been testing the laptop maybe for a weak and i didn't get the stuttring or random freeze problem back.
this thing only for my laptop model (Acer Predator Helios 300 315-55) , intel i7-12700H.
I reinstalled the original windows , so i think the problem was on intel driver update , "Don't update you intel" for this model.
if you did the update with this model u will face the stuttering problem , if u already did the update and u r facing this problem you can go to device manager > Display > intel iris … > Roll back , this steps will get the older version.
i tried every possible solution to fix it and , the problem just gone when i was on the intel driver that came with the laptop.
and thats what i did to fix it.0
