I dont know but i dont think that i will try them i will use the original version with no updates

OK, that all looks good, which means we are back to finding an app that's blipping the system. :( Try disabling Predator Sense and MalwareBytes, they could each be acting up. Make sure Windows Defender is running after disabling Malwarebytes…

yeah the stuttering was on everything youtube , games , browsing , the stuttering was on everything

you can try removing your intel update.
Go to:
Device manager > Display Adapters > intel(R), right click on it go to Properties >got to Driver tab , and then press Roll back , see if this fix the problem or not.
don't try to delete any apps the problem because the problem is not from the apps.0 -

i think the stutter was caused because of no memory compression in my system just trying to figure out what caused the issue

yes i did the Nvidia updates and i have it updated
