I see that Intel pushed new drivers out again this week, so it may have been one of the reasons for this latest update.

@3BX just want to know if you are facing stutter and lag when typing and also when watching videos in youtube i.e sometimes system wide stutter are you facing ?

Because I have the same issue and i have updated my intel driver

OK, that all looks good, which means we are back to finding an app that's blipping the system. :( Try disabling Predator Sense and MalwareBytes, they could each be acting up. Make sure Windows Defender is running after disabling Malwarebytes…

@3BX bro and what actually fixed the issue because i do not want to reinstall windows are do anything that removes apps or games what fixed your issue>?

you can try removing your intel update.
    Go to:
Device manager > Display Adapters > intel(R), right click on it go to Properties >got to Driver tab , and then press Roll back , see if this fix the problem or not.

don't try to delete any apps the problem because the problem is not from the apps.

i think the stutter was caused because of no memory compression in my system just trying to figure out what caused the issue
