i have an aspire tc-875 that has i3 10100 and gt 730 , it was running completely fine then when I decided to take a good look inside because I was planning to get an rx 580 and a new power supply , I removed the graphics card to have a nice look without it being in the way , the PC is unplugged, I carefully removed it and put it back in carefully too and it just wouldn't boot after I put everything back in , I can't find on the internet what does infinite beeping means , I still can't figure it out , I've tried removing and putting back in the card , I cleaned the interface with micro fibre cloth and everything, there's no dirt in the slot or anything the motherboard only has 1 slot , can y'all please help?

Remove power and all cables from the desktop, and press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Plug power back in to the desktop and see if the computer will power on.
