How do I maximize my monitor I receive after no repairs

I recently sent in my monitor and it wasn't covered so I'm asking them to send it back. I'm wondering is there anything I can do with it to maximize it's value

    I dont think so. Because if it was not covered under warranty than my guess would be there might be some physical damage to the unit.
