Temps too high for 17 13700hx laptop and showing no hdr pls tell me a fix

Your internal monitor requires a brightness of 300 nits, many panels don't have that, so you need to connect an HDR-ready external Monitor with a HDMI 2.0 cable to be able to use HDR in Windows11.
CPU temp. is OK it can sustain a temp. up to 100°C. If you are worried you can reduce the maximum processor power state to 99% or lower when On Power, Power Plan, Advanced settings.

it has 500 nits brightness 100% dcip3 and they told me it has hdr 10
