I have an Acer Nitro 5 an515-57 currently. It came with Windows 11 and I couldn't use a program that was crucial for me. So I downgraded to Windows 10. But now my laptop randomly freezes for a few seconds but the audio works still. I saw that Someone had this same issue and then reverted back to Windows 11. I was wondering if is there any way I could possibly revert back to Windows 11 that came with my laptop because I know if I just regularly revert all my drivers and stuff won't download such as nitro sense and other default programs.

There are two options, the best is using the recovery option in Acer Care Center for your model as that will also reinstall the drivers. The problem is the way you "downgraded" may have been done by a Clean install of W10 and that would have wiped the hidden OEM folder with Acer's recovery volume on your boot drive. So if you no longer have this ACC app do Reset this PC without losing your files. Type Reset in the Search bar and select that option "Not losing your files" if W10 is reinstalled instead of the original OEM W11 you need to do a Clean Install Windows11:

Don't install any drivers, let W11 update do the installing.

You mean when you downgraded to Windows10??
First click a few times on "Check for updates" in Windows10, it should offer you to upgrade to Windows11. Do that for a few days. If it is never offered, you did not install W10 properly. Follow the "Clean Install Window11" tutorial from the Elevenforum. But read it carefully and follow it to the letter. Let me know how that goes. Type @Puraw at the top or click on Quote in your reply otherwise I may not see your post. If this is a new laptop consider binging it to Acer Services in your country to install original OEM W11 and all Acer drivers, they will charge a small service fee after the warranty is expired ($25 in the Philippines). I don't know why you "downgraded" a Windows11 machine, OS, BIOS and drivers should never be touched.
