How can I disable built-in battery function in my laptop (acer aspire vx5-591G)?

Hi,

My laptop battery is dead. I replaced the new battery 2 times. Few days batteries work fine. But after few days new batteries are not working with it. I took it to acer support center. There Technicians advised me to use UPS instead of a battery. I bought 1200VA(720 watts) UPS for my laptop. My laptop is working fine with UPS. But the problem happened after the Windows update. After the update I restarted my laptop show a warning "The upgraded process has been suspended because your battery charge is too low. Please plug in a power source; the process will continue when the charge is more than 25%."

After pressing the power button I off the laptop. Then again start the laptop start without any updates.

Now I want to disable the battery function. How can I get rid of this warning?

No, you can't " bypass" laptop batteries and MS ACPI Battery protocol in Windows is linked to BIOS, I don't understand how you connected the UPS you bought; to the AC power plug of the adapter (that won't do anything)?

You are running W10? What version and when did you W10 update last?

What model batteries have you been buying? the original Acer battery for your laptop is AC14A8L (3ICP7/61/80) battery 52.5 Wh and should last >4 hours unless your power adapter is too small or bad. Have you tried a new power adapter? It should be a large one 19V 7.1A, 135W

I bought UPS (like IPS )for electricity backup so that I can use my laptop when electricity unavailable. Because, no battery (new or used) is working for my laptop.
