You have the latest BIOS for a Win7 era mainboard. Your BSOD error message suggests the wifi card driver in Device Manager probably needs to be updated.

To obtain the latest BIOS version for your Acer Gateway DT71 desktop, I recommend visiting the official Acer or Gateway support website. They will have the most up-to-date information and downloads for BIOS updates for your specific model. Simply navigate to their support section, enter your desktop model, and look for the BIOS or firmware downloads to find the latest version available.
Alternatively, you can also contact Acer or Gateway customer support directly for assistance in obtaining the latest BIOS version for your Acer Gateway DT71. They will be able to provide you with the most accurate and current information.

Win10 might install. But you must first install an earlier Win10 version such as 1511.
Google search the keywords 'windows 10 1511 iso archive' to download a copy of the iso installation file.
Then use Rufus freeware to convert the v1511 iso to a bootable FAT32 formatted Win10 installation USB for an MBR-partitioned HDD and CSM or Legacy BIOS.
Once installed, v1511 should automatically update to the most recent Win10 version that is still compatible with your older laptop.
