    I want the latest bios version
    acer gateway dt71

    I am suffering from the blue screen of death

    configuration :

    version bios : P01-A4

    Motherboard : Acer Q67H2 am v1.1

    cpu : intel i5 2400 3.10 GHz

    Ram : 16 Gb ddr3

    GPU : GT 710 2Gb DDR3

    windows 10 pro v1803 64bits

      You have the latest BIOS for a Win7 era mainboard. Your BSOD error message suggests the wifi card driver in Device Manager probably needs to be updated.

      It is the bios version P01-A4
      Is the latest Acer Gateway DT 71?

      • I have an Intel(R) 82579LM internet card with a gigabit network connection
      • It doesn't show me any nearby Wi-Fi, it just shows a red flag

      Ethernet is NOT wifi.

      Please post a screenshot of Device Manager!!!

      My actuel version is Gateway P01A2C0b, 20/07/2011

      i want to use win10 or win 11 but he not working

      Laptop is currently not compatible with Win11.

      Win10 might install. But you must first install an earlier Win10 version such as 1511.

      Google search the keywords 'windows 10 1511 iso archive' to download a copy of the iso installation file.

      Then use Rufus freeware to convert the v1511 iso to a bootable FAT32 formatted Win10 installation USB for an MBR-partitioned HDD and CSM or Legacy BIOS.

      Once installed, v1511 should automatically update to the most recent Win10 version that is still compatible with your older laptop.
