external portable touch monitor Verbatim pmt-14 do not working usb-c

I bought a Verbatim pmt-14 external monitor that works with another laptop and also with a mobile phone without any problems. But unfortunately there is no signal after connecting via the usb-c connector, I have to connect an hdmi cable to the laptop. With a mobile phone, it works without problems only via a usb-c cable. Can you advise me why the power supply and image transfer only via usb-c cable do not work? Thank you for answer.

You don't tell us what computer you have. Just because a computer has a USB-C port doesn't mean it always supports DP Alt Mode, so it might not support direct video out of the port. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx.
