Where can I find the driver for HD User Facing (camera) for ACER Aspire A514-53?
My built-in camera is not detected and never was. In the list of drivers, it cannot be found.

In the device manager if you dont see the camera driver than click the view option at the top and click on
" show hidden devices" than you might be able to see the camera drivers

Switch off the laptop, disconnect AC adaptor, follow the instructions in the video, leave the laptop to rest for 15Mins, reconnect AC adaptor and fully charge the battery before start using, HTH.

Did you try to reinstall from acer site.?
Enter snid and hit find and find the drivers.

I appreciate it's been a while for since the original post but I found a solution that worked for me (After "Acer Support" told me there was no drivers for webcams)
Go to device manager
Look for 'libusb USB devices'
In there should be 'HD User Facing (Interface 0)'
Roll back that driver.
'libusb USB devices' should disappear but 'Camera' > 'HD User facing' will appear and your camera will work.

Yo Monty this happened to me because of dolphin emulator, I might try to reinstall the libusb then do wwhat you said
