So at first I had an issue with my Bluetooth not working and not showing up I tried everything and nothing worked, but then a guy said if you do a battery reset by unplugging holding down the power button for 30 seconds then wait 30 mins it would be okay. I did this and it did fix my Bluetooth but now every time I unplug my laptop it fully shuts down no matter the percentage. I read about something about a pinhole you push in, My Acer Predator Helios 300 that doesn't seem to have any holes at the bottom on it. I'm really stuck here could someone help?

    Hi JigSawPuzzleZ,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.

    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.

    Hi!

I had the same problem since the day it came, but I fixed it opening the computer. The battery connection was loosy, so I connected the cable properly and the problem went away.

My computer also charged very slow before I fixed that. Maybe that gives you a hint, if the problem is similar. Anyway, it took 5 minutes.

    Hope this helps.

What is the exact Predator Helios 300 model number? Is it one of the new Predators the PHN16-71 or PH18-71 or the older Predators PH315-XX model? As with the Bluetooth some of the Acer Predator and Nitro laptops Wi-Fi/BT cards the Killer 6 AX1650i 160Hz card, that only work with the OEM Acer Bluetooth driver that the laptop was initially installed with by Acer and any new Win-11 Intel Bluetooth new driver version update will not work with the card, the new Wi-Fi 6 160Hz Win-11 Intel drivers will work but the BT doesn't work, so don't update the BT driver, this is with the Killer 6 AX1650i 160Hz Wi-Fi/Bt cards which I have in my Nitro 5 AN515-56 laptop, so be aware of this problem.
