Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-53 2020 motherboard getting damaged again and again?

I have Acer Helios 300 and it's motherboard is getting damaged repeatedly. It's already been replaced twice within just one month and now it's faulty again. Everytime it's the GPU (RTX 2060) that fails. Now my PC isn't even detecting it. I take care of my laptop very seriously and even replaced thermal paste with TG Kryonaut everytime. But still it gets damaged. This is my first Acer laptop and definitely the last. What should I do now? Is this issue with all Helios 300's. I only do gaming on this laptop and temps never go above 71 for GPU and 80 for CPU. Any tips?

What is the exact model? Example SF315-52-58VH. Did these problems always occur when changing the thermal paste? Is your laptop still under warranty?

It's PH315-53 and still in seven months warranty. I don't think it is happening due to thermal paste. Maybe it's the Acer's cheaply made motherboard that doesn't last long and had high failure rates. I wish I could return it and switch to ASUS or HP.

Yes, exactly. The RTX 2060 is not even in device manager now. Earlier, I got BSOD everytime system switched to dedicated nvidia GPU or the load increases. But now, the system doesn’t even detect it anymore!

Try resetting the battery: turn off the computer, disconnect the power adapter, press the power button for thirty seconds and leave the laptop off for thirty minutes.

Same issue with same model PH315-53. mine also BSOD and gpu disappear from device manager even format windows and reinstall gpu driver. Have sent to warranty twice. After the first time they replace the motherboards and the problem comes again. I just got my laptop back after sending to warranty for second time and not tested it yet if the problem still persist

Im facing the similar issue, i had the motherboard replaced under warranty and the issue just showed up again. Now im out of warranty

. Is there something i can do instead of replacing the motherboard, which i believe would cost me a big chunk, pls suggest guys, and let me know if you guys are aware of the price for replacement.

Im having the same problem since 5-6 months and I dont know what else to do, I did EVERYTHING and still in the same place. As always one day I open Warzone and see that only the intel integrated graphics are being used and graphic card just stopped working. Sadly...

hii guys, I’m also having the same problem with my predator helios 300 ph315-53. My battery is also not functioning since the gpu is not detected. Today I visited the service center they’re asking me to change the motherboard. I have i5 10th gen with 2060 graphics but no graphics is showing except the intel graphic which is preinstalled
