For the PO3-640s and to upgrade to 64GB of this desktops max ram capacity into its 4x slots, the best way is to populate the ram slots with 4x 16GB DDR4 3200 MHz 288-pin DIMMs -

    NOTE:

    1. Dual channel should be enabled always when plug-in 2 or4 same memory size and also
    2. Extreme Memory Profile (X.M.P.) should be enabled in bios if you use XMP type ram that is listed below in Advanced bios settings.

These are the DDR4-3200MHz 16GB ram modules and their Acer part numbers that is recommended by Acer for your PO3-640 desktop:

Note that we have had lots of reports that XMP isn't working on the PO3-640 machines, so just get the normal DDR4 3200 memory, not the XMP.

All the above and below info is from the Acer PO3-640 SG, Acer does not recommend and/or list DDR4-3600MHz type ram and only the ram above.

Also and if you look at the Crucial system scan (which they guarantee that it works 100%) for the Acer Predator PO3-640 RAM & SSD Upgrades they recommend even higher max ram capacity at 128GB (not 64GB like Acer) at max DDR4-3200NHz only and they don’t recommend DDR4-3600MHz type ram.

The Corsair Vengance will not work. It's XMP memory and will run at it's base speed of 2133MHz instead of the 3200MHz you want.

Try to find memory that will run at 2666 with cl17 with no xmp at 1.2 volts like this stuff I been using. https://www.xpg.com/us/xpg/843 It runs at 2666mhz 1.2 volts cl17,as soon as I enable xmp in bios it tries to run at 1.35 volts and my system wont post.I noticed an improvement though going from 2400mhz cl17to 2666 cl17 so it is worth the effort, and the rgbs work but no controls for them work so just basic rgb rainbow effect.I got mine used too for $30,so great small upgrade for me.
