ACER PREDATOR TRITON 500 WON'T POWER ON

Hey everyone!

I've had this laptop for a few years and hardly use it for anything other than recording. I would say at best it's gotten 50 hours of use. Last night I turned it on and it booted right up, asked me for my password, then told me the password wasn't correct and turned off. Since then I've been unable to get it to boot. I've tried holding down the power button for 60 seconds and trying again, as well as pressing the battery reset button for 30 seconds and trying. When I plug it in and hit the TURBO button it lights up for a few seconds and then turns off.

What the heck is going on and how do I get it to boot again!?!!?!??!

Hi @Raibz please tell us the exact model of the computer and the version of Windows installed.
I understand from what you say that the equipment has few hours of use, but did you use it daily or has it not been turned on for some time?
Does it happen only with battery or also with the charger?
If you leave the feeder connected to the current, do the power and charge lights work?

    Thank you.
    All the best.

    Alejandro,

I used it maybe twice a month for tracking drums. Other than that, it just sits on desk. I have tried to power it on with both just the battery, and with it plugged in to no avail.

It's an Acer Predator Triton 500 Model #N18W3. I don't see a charging light anywhere on here.

I should also note, the keyboard doesn't light up, or the screen.

Updated. The battery indicator light is not coming on when connected to a power source. Have tried the OEM charger and an Universal Charger

Nevermind. I'm a total f'n *****. The battery was dead and the powerstrip to the drumkit was not seated all the way in to the wall.

Yes, it looks like it, dead battery.
With the feeder well connected, it does nothing either?

    All the best.
