Repair under warranty? nitro 5 how I can get it there they said it is out of their region.

Hi, bought a nitro 5 2060rtx 9750h in January from Amazon to Kenya. It died and refused to power on last month, was able to get a company recommend by Acer on their website for repair under warranty. The part was found and was to be replaced but apparently Acer say that they don't ship parts to Kenya. I've tried to look for an option on how to get it to Acer to be repaired but most sites like S.A in Africa functions don't work, U.k only allow from their region, and when I asked a US chat agent last month on how I can get it there they said it is out of their region. So what am I supposed to do , and why are they like this it's like warranty is country specific ??!?!!

I am very sorry to hear this Dkkerry and yes it is country-specific, especially if you bought the unit from Amazon and had it sent elsewhere, most of the service centers would not cover it under warranty unless its in the same country it was fabricated for, Example US unit sent to Spain, needs to be repaired in U.S., Spain might or might not repair it and will be a fee for it (out of warranty), that's the situation you can face when ordering from Amazon.
