    Good afternoon TusharNayak !

Acer does not offer ISO from OEM systems.
Files are hidden in the HDD partition and the restore can be accessed by pressing ALT + F10 when you turn on the power before displaying the Acer logo.

@MaClane But recovery drive can be created and then ported to another laptop right?

There are two completely different Windows "Reset" procedures both involving a bootable USB drive that are often confused with each other on this forum.

The Windows Recovery USB Flash drive that contains Windows recovery program (RE, before PE) about 10 GB should be made immediately by the owner of a Windows PC after turning on the PC for the 1st time and after a major upgrade like W11. This USB drive can be made by any PC and used on any PC as long as the main Windows versions are the same (never mind the Build) and the USB port is compatible with the USB flash drive (USB 3.01 or USB 2.0). Main function is to boot a PC that can no longer boot Windows because of Boot Loader corruption, bad drivers, corrupted system files (virus/malware/failed update) or an incompatible/broken startup program (no HW/adapter causes). Once the Blue Screen of WindowsRE pops up, options like RESET this PC, Recovery to an earlier point, Command Prompt for partitioning a drive, Repair the system (not recommended as that always fails) and (most importly) restore the system (or a complete disk) from a Windows image file created earlier with W7 Backup program that is present in Window10 and Windows11 22H2 (highly recommended that I use after every Windows update). 2nd most important tool on the USB recovery flash drive is Restart>Safe Mode, F4-4 or F5-5 with Networking (to go online and download a driver or ISO file). Once in Safe Mode you can uninstall the rogue drivers in Device Manager, unable bad Startup programs in Task Manager Startup tab and disable some Windows features in “Turn Windows Features on or off” even disable all windows programs (Safe Boot) with MSconfig but careful as you may end up with a blank screen without even a mouse in Safe Boot when disabling everything. The idea is to get the PC to boot to Windows and then enabling one by one drivers and programs/features till the crash or hangs reoccur by trial and error.

The second procedure with a different type also bootable USB flash drive is to install a fresh Windows version with a dowloaded ISO file. I wil leave it to MS to explain that better than I can:
