I have Acer Predator Helios 300 G3-572 and it has been almost 6 years. It reaches a temperature of around 90 - 99 degrees while gaming. It has a damaged battery (cause it is the same battery since it was bought) so I tried removing the battery and then playing, but the results were same. Can buying a new battery solve the problem and if not, what are the other things i can try? I have already cleaned up the vents and applied thermal paste.

Please post a screenshot of PredatorSense fan speed & temp when CPU temps reach 90*C which is normal under load. But not 99*C as it will eventually irreversibly damage the CPU if 99*C happens too often.

GPU temps should not exceed about 86*C under load.

These screenshots both seem well within the normal range. CPU less than 90*. GPU less than 86*. I see no problem so far. I'd like to see these screenshots when playing at more demanding settings.

I have already cleaned up the vents and applied thermal paste.

Either the thermal module air ducts from the fan enclosures to the processors are clogged and/or paste is making poor contact between the surfaces of the processors and heat sinks. The GPU will eventually fail if allowed to reach 95*C too many times..

Sorry, but I think you must re-do the thermal paste and make sure the air ducts are clear.
