Please help, my laptop is suffering from the automatic repair. It could be any normal automatic repair but in my case, it randomly turned on, launch the automatic update and suddenly turned of in 2 sec. I don't know how to repair this since it can't be used, and suddenly turned off 2 sec after a random turn

To break that Repair loop you need to get to WindowsRE (The same Blue screen but with a menu and options). Several ways to get to WindowsRE, shutdown and start then shut down again, 3-4 times in a row will get to the Repair screen but with options to Reset this PC and start in Safe mode. Alt+F10 is another method:

    https://community.acer.com/en/kb/articles/64-how-to-restore-windows-on-my-acer-computer-using-alt-f10-on-startup

A third method is using your recovery USB flash drive, if you have not made one yet do that as soon as you are "up and running" again.

In WindowsRE you can restore to an earlier point, Reset this PC without losing your data or the "sophistical" way and try to find out why you are crashing: Troubleshoot>Advanced>Restart>Safe Mode (F4 or 4 and F5 or 5 with Networking enabled). In safe mode you can disable all the Startup apps in Task Manager, then boot to see if that fixed it, then enable the apps one by one till the crashing starts. You can also open Device Manager to see if there is a yellow problem icon after a device/adapter, wrong GPU drivers are notorious for causing crashes if you recently up- or downgraded Windows.

OK, you have to do the "power drain procedure" first. Different ways are described on his forum the last couple of weeks, trying to start on battery only, plugging and unplugging your adapter, keeping the Power Button depressed for 1 minute, and inserting a pin in the pinhole at the back (small hole with a tiny battery sign) while pressing the Power Button, but not every model has that pinhole.

I got the best results by opening the laptop at the back (this won't void Acer's warranty), disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard using your finger nails (you have to wiggle the connector as it may be locked tight) than press the Power Button 2 minutes continuously (keep the key pressed down, not toggling) and wait a few minutes. Put the cover back without screwing it yet and plug in your adapter to see if it will start without battery, if no results unplug the adapter, open the cover and connect back the battery cable to the motherboard (make sure the connector is fully inserted), try now to power up with battery and then with the adapter plugged in. You have to do this slowly and wait a few minutes between each move. Repeat the whole procedure the next day if no results. Don't give up😉
