I installed the manufactured driver for my laptop (realtek audio driver and control) but it merge both of my laptop speaker and headset, i watched many yt tutorials on how to seperate the headset and speaker output and they always point towards the control settings which i don't have in mine. Please is there any fix for this? i don't want to physically remove the headset port just to use my laptop speaker.

The Realtek driver does NOT merge your speakers and headphone together, where do you get that from? if you go to the Realtek Audio Console you have different controls for Microphone Array and Speakers and Main for different settings. Go to the main windows Settings > System > Sound > as there you have all the audio sound settings that you need.

Its also a good idea to refresh all audio drivers in Device Manager Sound, video and game controllers and under all the audio drivers, Intel, Nvidia and Realtek drivers as your audio and especially the mic settings is governed buy all these drivers also. Also install FxSound as that software is a good sound enhancer for volume and has pre-setting’s for different sound enhancements that are very handy and does improve sound quality, I’m using this on my Nitro AN515-56 laptop and works perfectly and adjusting all the above, my mic works perfectly and my JBL LIVE650BTNC BT headphones have really top end Hi-Fi sound and work perfectly.

Sometimes a simple system restore will fix the issue..

    Try windows x
click on power shell admin or command prompt admin
    type rstrui
chose an earlier date on which your computer was working fine
    click on next, finish, yes
It will restore your computer to an earlier date
if you get an message - system restore not completed - click on close
It will show you all the icons..
Try and check whether it is working now ..

    Try windows x
Go to device manager - Go to sound video and game controllers. Expand it
Uninstall the sound driver from device manager.  Please uninstall all the items below the sound video and game controllers. Restart the computer. It should work fine..

If it is still not working
Uninstall the sound driver from device manager
    Dont restart the computer.
    Go to support.acer.com
    chose your country
type snid or chose your model
    go to drivers
    Install the sound driver

    It should work fine

sure i get it, if i restore to previous audio driver it will go back to intel high definition audio and it'll also go back to seperated speaker and headset. But that driver suck, it didn't use my headset mic when i need to that's why we have realtek driver for that. And i think your instruction is just copy paste for all general questions, not for my specific question :).

I understand you say "f i restore to previous audio driver it will go back to intel high definition audio and it'll also go back to seperated speaker and headset. But that driver suck, it didn't use my headset mic when i need to that's why we have realtek driver for that.""

Even if it goes to intel driver, try to uninstall the intel high definition audio. Please dont restart the computer. Try to install the realtek driver. Check how it is working now.
