Hello everyone. I bought this laptop like a week ago. I installed windows 11, all the drivers, nitrosense, acer care, quick access. The issue is, keyboard backlights doesn't work. It has 4 zone lighting. I tried to reinstall nitrosense and all the fn+key combinations but it didn't work. So, what is the solution here?

The Nitro Sense should work perfectly especially with a new laptop like the AN515-58. If you reinstalled Win-11 and you have properly updated all the Windows Updates and the Nvidia graphics drivers, which you need to always uninstall its previous graphic drivers and then installed all the Intel drivers and uninstalled graphics drivers and installed the new Intel graphics drivers (and used the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant) then your AN515-58 intended Nitro Sense Version: 3.01.3044_20220531 for Win-11 should install and work perfectly.

Uninstall the AN616-58 Nitro Sense completely that you have installed on your laptop, go Start > All apps, and right click on Nitro Sense icon and click uninstall, then go to Program Files > Acer and make sure that the Nitro Sense and its content folder is deleted completely, then reboot the laptop and install the latest Win-11 Nitro Sense Version: 3.01.3046_20220617 which is the OS that you should be running on this laptop.

Btw, I’ve reinstalled Nitro Sense for my AN515-56 at least 3 times and Clean Installed Win-11 twice, as my laptop came oem with Win-10 and Nitro Sense works perfectly always and after every reinstall, the same should be happening with your NS installs.

My laptop came with freedos. They recommended to me install windows 11. When I preparing bootable usb I also unzipped the IRST driver to the usb. Because the installation couldn't see the ssd. So, I installed the windows 11 and installed the drivers that I downloaded the drivers on the acer product page. The nitrosense version on that page is 3.01.3044_20220531. Laptop works perfectly, well except for the keyboard backlight. Should I reinstall windows? Couldn't be the backlight connector disconnected? The backlight didn't work at all. Btw thank you for answerable
