DTS Audio Processing not working "DTS Audio Processing settings are unavailable as audio"

Hi,
I have a problem with DTS audio processing. I don't really know if this happen to my laptop and it says: "DTS Audio Processing settings are unavailable as audio service connection lost". Can someone an expert on this explain why this happens? I'll really appreciate it if this can be solved easily.

Hello!!
# Try to update the sound driver
1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
2. Choose the device manager option.
3. Go with the option sound driver.
4. Under the title sound driver.5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title sound driver.
6. Choose "search automatically".Check this T/S and post the result.

Uninstall DTS Console Utility in "Add or remove programs" and reboot. Navigate to Acer Support in your country and download the DTS Console Utility 2021/11/04, Version: 1.6.1.0, Vendor: XPERI and install.

Download & unzip the following driver. Then press WIN+R. Browse the unzipped DTS directory and run install_uwp.cmd

Uninstall DTS Console Utility in "Add or remove programs"
Restart in Safe Mode: Press Shift + click on Restart (Start menu>Power), Troubleshoot>Restart>Safe Mode+Networking F5 or 5. The do the uninstalling and installing of that file JackE mentioned in Safe Mode.
You may have corrupted audio drivers in the Windows Driver Store, check in Device Manager if you see any yellow problem icons (also check the hidden devices). To explore the driver store download freeware RAPR.

Open Task Manager startup tab.Right click and disable realtek audio manager. Then open Device Manager and uninstall realtek HD audio driver Then shut down Windows normally. Turn machine back on and let Windows auto re-detect the audio hardware and re-install the drivers. Then try to install DTS again.
