predator ph317-56-72sp Rgb lighting not working What should i do?

My first predator just came in. Model ph317-56-72sp.

On first boot everything seems to work fine exept the rgb lighting, tried the fn+F9 and fn+F10 but nothing happens.

What should i do?

    witch off the laptop, disconnect AC adaptor, press Power button for 9Secs, let the laptop to rest for 15Mins, reconnect AC adaptor and fully charge the battery before starting the laptop.

    # Try to get the BIOS page.1. Turn OFF the unit.

    ​2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit. 

    3. You will be in setup utility page. 

    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.

    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.

    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.


    7. Your unit will restart by itself. 

    Check this T/S and post the result. ​

    I just received my Predator Helios 16, I wasn't really sure what you meant by the above regarding RGB lighting?

    I found that my keyboard just came on for 30 seconds when I hit a key, but going into the Predator Sense application, changing the Pulsar Lighting did nothing. I noticed that there was a Reset lighting effect settings button, so I pressed this, it warned about losing all settings, but all of a sudden I can change the RGB lighting effects.
