Hi,

Tried to boot usb with this laptop and can't figure it out. The setting under boot tab change the UEFI is always GRAYED OUT.

I tried disabling secure boot, I put an admin password when entering bios, tried sort of all settings and still grayed out. Can anyone help?

Thanks a lot.

The usb is NTFS.

Does the USB contain Windows? If it's a Windows installation USB and you want to access the partitions, create the USB from Microsoft's Windows download page with the tool on the page itself.
Once created, insert the USB with the equipment turned off, turn it on and press F12 to access the boot screen selecting the USB:

Excuse me if I have already done this procedure and the problem is the same, in this case, try to format the USB in Fat32.

    Thank you.
    All the best.

The usb doesn't appear in the boot section when pressing f12. TPM is also disabled

Hi @bre3434 what are you trying to do exactly?
    Maybe install Windows?

    Thank you.

Hi, yes and I want to use usb boot to fix the storage partitions. I never had this problem with any laptop before. Basically it doesn't see my usb in boot and I can access it in the windows

Yes I tried that and it doesn't see the usb even though the windows is on it and I used this usb before. So maybe I could try to format to Fat32. I'll do that all come back with the result, thanks a lot!
