Yes. The CPU & GPU are overheating. Way too hot. CPU should be less than 90*C & GPU less than 85*C under gaming load. Is the machine still under warranty?

The thermal module likely needs to be replaced. The CPU is overheating even at low usage. The GPU has also exceeded the 86*C max in which throttling and potential damage can occur if it happens to often.

JackE, I noticed that the temperature rises when connected to the power supply. When im working on battery, temperatures are fine.

That's probably because it drops performance. Click on battery icon. What is power mode set to? If Best performance, move the slider to the middle or Best battery life.

I connected the power supply and set to best battery life and the temperature immediately increased by 20 degrees to 70-75. I turned game and the temperature very quickly increased to 92 - 93 degrees, when the CPU load was about 35%.

The laptop just came back from the service center, they wrote that they replaced the thermal paste, and the temperatures are normal that's what they should be… Meanwhile, with the browser open, it can reach 91 degrees…

You still haven't found a solution, the thing is that the solution I found was updating the bios, but now he paid me the same again and there are no new bios versions.
