Can these steps be consolidated?

Spin 512 opens to:
Who would you like to add to this Chromebook? You, a child. NEXT button

Is there any possible way to have the opening screen ask for the email sign in?

I NEVER want to add anyone and would prefer to skip this option

Sign into your Chromebook:

email sign in (Fine) NEXT

Hi, "FlyingGeese" enter your password NEXT

2-Step Verification (my choice)

    Try Settings . Security & Privacy. Click manage other people. Disable restrict sign-in to following users.
