I have a SSD 1TB. my games freeze for half second randomly while playing. i thought its CPU and GPU prob. checked thier temp - usage while playing. both were perfect. i excluded RAM cuz i hv 16GB ram. so my SSD remained. checked it using a app its health is 99% ( 3 years old pc ) checked with CMD command and it said my hard works normally.. all hard disk health test apps says that my SDD is perfect. I became soo confused like Why all my games freeze randomly when everything is just fine? so i took a closer look at the freeze and noticed that When any game freeze and i look at my FPS i find them 60. Before and after the freeze my fps is just 60 stable. So i knew that its not a FPS drop in the game itself. Its literally a freeze in the entire PC. So i wanted to test the hard myself to be more sure. When i run a app - browser or anything my PC freeze for a second then what i clicked at open. When i start recording and then i stop recording the PC freeze while saving what i recorsed. When i start ANY TASK such as a normal malewarebytes scan the pc freeze for a second in the scan start. Whenever i open anything - start any task the pc freeze in the beginning of it for a second and then it works normally.. in games it keep freezing like twice every min. So now i suspect that the disk is what causing the problem but all the apps are literally saying my disk works PERFECT. What do you guys think ?

That video shows nothing, its not long enough. The problem that you have is from either your malware software as you should NOT be running any anti-virus or malware secondary software’s on your laptop, you don't need them, use only the Windows Defender Security as these secondary software’s can cause these problems.

The solution for your random freezes, is to make sure that all your Windows Updates are up to date and the Intel graphics and drivers are all up to date and your laptops secondary gpu the Nvidia graphics are also up to date, install the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant and do a scan and make sure that you have the Nvidia gpu latest drivers, for gaming and high end software’s, install the Nvidia GeForce Experience software and run your games through this software (if your games are included in the GeForce Games list, as there are many on this list) as this software has the ultimate and best settings for game settings and best fps and temps by Nvidia, also in the Nvidia Control Panel, make sure that you set the Program Settings of all your games and high end software to the High-performance Nvidia processor settings as this also helps for best performance and eliminates freezing. Doing all this will STOP your laptop from freezing and will make your laptop perform to its ultimate and best performance.

If you have the oem PCIe Gen3x4 M.2 SSDs of either the KINGSTON install their SSD Manager, if you have the HYNIX install their Drive Manager or for INTEL install the Intel® Memory And Storage Tool (Intel® MAS) software, as these tools also keep your M.2 and 2.5” SSD drives firmware’s up to date and fine tune all drives to perform at their peak and best settings and they also activate the Windows TRIM command for best performance of your M.2 SSD drives.

hanks for your reply. My drivers are up to date and my setting are at max performance. Also i have a second anti virus program since i got this PC and the problem started to happen 2 weeks ago. I didnt change any setting or do anything im at the same max performance setting for 3 years but the PC started freezing 2 week ago. I will try SSD manager thing. Also here is a better video for the freeze ( while reloading the weapon you can see the freeze very very clear )
