Why can't these two monitor types play well together When I use Nvidia I get is 60hz and 1080p

I have a 3 monitor setup with a 3060Ti vcard. At first they were all ED323QU R Abipix 31.5" 1800R moniotrs. Then one got cracked. Couldn't find the same one again, (Just bought at Thanksgiving 2022). Eneded up buying a ED323QU P Pbmiippx. They are all 2560x1440p with 8 bit color and 144hz capibilities. When I use Nvidia Surround the only disply option I get is 60hz and 1080p are the highest option.

Why won't these play nice together ???????????
