Hello o/

Today I've ordert the Predator Orion 7000 (PO7-640; RTX 3080 & i12900K) and i saw that there is "only" a 120mm AiO CPU radiator system is installed.
Well, i know that the i12900k need a good cooling system ^^
Now i would like to do an AiO upgrade with an bigger Radiator but i cant find any information about the used Case.
Ive seen few pictures and it looks like that a 240 mm radiator could fit too ? :/

Has someone few information about the Case that is used for this model?
Maybe something like a Datasheet ?

Did you have problems with the temps or is the 120 mm enough for the 12900k ?

And yes i know i could open the Case and check it but i ordert it today and i would like to order a bigger AiO today too so when both orders will arrive i could do the whole installation.

So if someone did already some experience with the Orion 7000 120 mm AiO + 12900K or even have something like a Datasheet then it would be great if you could share it o/

    hello Feyjin. I don't know if you're still reading this but I'm also looking for another cpu cooler but can't find any information about which one would fit in it. It seems as if there is room for 2 fans, but I think it's just too weird that they only use one. Hopefully you or someone else can help me with this. By the way, I was looking for the nzxt kraken X53 if it fits (or the z version)

    @sixtysilver4

    It can fit any 240 AIO without issue, if you get one which requires a usb 2.0 you can either get the pin outs and connect it direct or take the more cautious approach of getting a wire which converts one of the usb 3.0 to 2.0 , i chose the latter when i was still using the Predator motherboard, i've gone for a different motherboard just to make life easier and to make full use of my ram speed kit.

    @NeoGeo

    Were you able to attach that cpu cooler right away or did you need some cables and screws that you have to order separately? I don't have much experience building computers so this is a big job for me.

    Everything you'll need should come with the cooler, you'll have to remove the motherboard to install the cooler backplate, it's not hard once you get started and the best tip is actually to just take your time, work around the board disconnecting the various connections, then unscrew the board keeping them safe and the board itself just slides out.

    If you need any help , just send me a PM

    Can someone direct me on how I can open my P7000 front panel, so I can change these noise fans.
    I got 240mm fans, which should be less noisy, as this is insane how much noise they create.

    I already changed fans for CPU cooling, so it's much better, but still always hearing that sound of the front coolers. Even though they are at the lowest RPMs, still annoying.

    But can't find any tutorial, on how I can get to these fans. Any help would be appreciated.

    Which PO7 model do you have? You are likely better off to ask the question in a new thread rather than camping on an old one that was asking a different question. Include your full model number. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like PO7-xxx-xxxx. We can then look things up for you.
