Hi,

I would like to upgrade my Acer Aspire E5-576G wifi card from AC 3168 to AX200.

Does Acer Aspire E5-576G support Wifi Card AX200?

Thank You.

Yes the Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 (or as acer lists it as the INT3165) that is a PCIe 2230 card but the E5-576G will never work at the AX200 speeds of 2.4 GHz (band 2.4, 5 GHz- 160MHz) as the INT3165 works in the same bands of 2.4, 5 GHz but at max speed of 433 Mbps so upgrading to the AX200 is useless.

The below captions are the WLAN for all these Aspire E5-575-E5-575G-E5-575T-E5-575TG-K50-20-E5-576-E5-576G-E5-576T laptops as they are listed by Acer under one SG. But Acer did fit an NFA435 Qualcomm Atheros Wi-Fi/BT card (that is also a PCIe card the same as the Intel 3165 specs) as they have drivers for them in the E5-576G Drivers and Manuals.

These are the suitable Wi-Fi/BT cards for your laptop and fitting the AX200 will be NO advantage as your laptop will never utilize the higher speed.
