Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57 Overheating, while playing games its spools up to 92 degree Is this normal?

Hey guys, I know I'm a bit late but my nitro 5 overheats frequently like having it sit with Microsoft edge on is at about 70 degrees, when a play a game or even a simple game is spools up to about 92 degrees and sits there. Is this normal? do I need to do anything to fix the issue is should mention I live in Australia north-east coast. I've had the laptop for about 11 months and its been like this from the start so any tips and tricks? would be much appreciated :)

    As the saying goes "If it anint broke don't fix it" but what sort of games are you playing and for how long|? As gaming can cause 92c temps easily but not much more or higher temps above that.

    Also, this is just a new model Nitro 5 and should be under warranty, so contact Acer and tell them what's happening to your AN515-57 as the laptop might need a repasted cpu/gpu that wasn't done properly when assembled? As and if you don't have experience in opening and/or doing this job, then don't open your laptop as you could do damage when opening the back cover, damage the heatsink and screws, short components etc etc that will defiantly void your warranty. Btw, the best cpu/gpu paste to use is the Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Extreme paste if you have experience and want to do this yourself. Good luck and hope this helps you out some.

    I found that lifting it up off the desk promoted better airflow and dropped my cpu/gpu temperatures pretty significantly, so i just bought a genaric gaming laptop fan base use that and i think im seeing CPU temperatures in the 70's and GPU temperatures in the 60's consistently, and thats playing MW2 medium to high settings.
