Chromebook C710, was cleared completely by HDD, after a black screen and does not display an image on an external monitor.
the screen is completely broken, so I use an external monitor, I tried to connect a second monitor via hdmi, but the screen is black on the external monitor.
I made a bootable USB flash drive, wrote chrome OS to HDD from another PC, but nothing helps, the laptop does not display an image on an external monitor.
The question is - how can I write the OS now if the monitor is black?

If both the external HDMI or VGA monitor is black, then it's likely that the graphics adapter has failed. Sorry

even when chrome os was installed, the image was displayed, but when the operating system was fully loaded. that is, in the bios, it did not display the image anyway, and now it does not display, because how to install OS when I cannot enter the boot menu

Yes, but that was before the graphics adpter failed. The ChromeOS system should still be on the HDD and if the HDD is still good, should still boot even though you can't see an image anymore. The fact that you can't see the image anymore when booting from the HDD or USB stick strongly suggests the graphics have failed. Trying to re-install ChromeOS won't solve the problem. Sorry.
