Before, I was able to put my notebook (A515-55G) into sleep mode and wake it up using the wireless USB mouse/keyboard (Logitech M720 and K295), but suddenly it stopped working. Now I need to open the notebook lid (which remains closed in a vertical stand) to wake it up from sleep mode.
I've already disabled the "USB selective suspend setting" at the power options settings, as well as tried to enable the option to “Allow the device to wake the computer” at the power management options at the "Logitech USB Input Device" properties in Device Manager, however it is grayed out and does not allow me to select the box.
Can anybody help me out?
