got 2 horizontal line down on the corner screen few month ago and another line on the middle screen right now. all kind of solution i can found though internet that suggest to fix these kind of problem none of them work (gpu driver , acer driver, change hdmi/ dp test, second monitor is fine// etc). i think its the hardware failure since i bought the monitor during the year 2018. but i want to know that is my screen broken or hardware problem? any technician can identify these problems? thanks for your help.😀

hello sir, they are all the same result like the picture show above. what is your opinion on this kind of problem? my guess is the curve panel dying soon.

what i learn from other user mention that it is the panel problem, and he mention that this is not worth to fix since the panel is freaking expensive for such old model monitor. else i gonna let this lovely 6 years old monitor rest in peace.

How can the black.jpg possibly show the same result? Please post phone photos so I can see what you see to give you an opinion..

Do the lines appear during the display of the Acer logo when you first turn the monitor on?

as you wish. not so clear on picture though but if you look carefully, there is still horizontal line on the same place.

yes, bottom line remain. but the middle line is weird though, it appear sometimes or gone forever during the multiple test.

I see nothing wrong with your monitor screen. All the jpg photos look fine to me. The black.jpg especially shows very little backlight bleeding which seems very good. The lines that you see in the photos that you posted are probably due to files that you downloaded them from. The RBG&B jpg files that you posted in full screen mode look very good to me. 🙂

thanks for the opinion. but i had decid that this 6 years old screen is dying soon. electronic are made this way to improve the sales on marketing nowdays. what a pity. its time to let go.

I really fail to see how you come to this conclusion. Out of millions of pixels, less than 20 are bad and not noticeable. This is extraordinarily good for a 27" monitor. I think you should uninstall your pixel analyzer so you stop looking at it.🙂

those are the freeware on the website bro, as i said before the first image with red screen already shown the result. those white line are really annoying. it really affect the my view on the screen with those 3 white horizontal line. if the monitor is fine then why do i bother to create account, wasting time to create a post and ask for help?!

put yourself in my shoes, guess what is the problem with the screen panel and give me a solution! why bother a stupid pixel testing freeware?😒

this monitor cost a lot during that time i bought and i dont want to throw it away. but the reality is those repair fee gonna cost you a new monitor price!

Sorry. From the RBG photos that you've posted, I don't see a problem that you seem to see.
