Spin 513 Won't power on Is ther anything I can do to wake it up?

I have a Spin 513 - purchase in September 22. It has had very little use.

It was working about a week ago but now it refuses to power up, either with or without the power supply attached.

The power supply has 240 volts on it's input so the fuse in the plug is OK. (am in the UK)

Is ther anything I can do to wake it up?

    @RzzB if you have a multimeter, try to test the charger output.

    Do you get the battery status light to come on when you connect the charger? Which Spin 513 model do you have? The full model number should be on the same sticker as the serial number and will look something like CP513-xxx-xxxx. If the charger has failed you would get this symptom after the battery went dead.

    Thanks for your help.

    It's a bit awkward to get the probes into a USB C connector. Can I just use it to charge my phone - that would show if it's working?

    Can I try to charge it with my supposedly hi power Samsung phone charger?

    Yes, that outputs 45W or either 15V or 20V so should work fine. Test on both sides, one is directly connected to the MB and the other is connected to a daughter board that's then connected to the MB with a couple of cables.

    Hmm - doesn't charge using either port. Looks pretty dead to me.

    Yep, there is definitely something wrong. You should still be in warranty so go ahead and have Acer support open a ticket on it.

    I certainly will. It was collected yesterday. Very efficient - I didn't have to pack it up - a box was provided!
