Happy2 ZE6 Battery Replacement

The battery for my Aspire One Happy2 ZE6 is old and no longer holds a charge. I'm looking for a replacement but am not sure about some of the batteries I've found. Will any battery with the model # AL10B31 work? My old one is only 4400mAh but the new ones are all 5200mAh, will that make a difference? The voltage looks the same, 11.1V, so I figure that they're just bigger batteries being used? The other major difference is the color of the housing, my battery is white and the new ones are all black.

I’ve got the same Aspire Happy 2 and I replaced the oem battery ages ago with a copy battery that works, these batteries that are for sale will never ever be the same quality as an oem battery but they do work and with an old laptop like the One Happy 2 you have no choices, but you should try and get an oem original battery from a known Acer retailer that has genuine batteries ‘íf they have one’?

This is the copy battery that I have for my Aspire One Happy 2, its allot cheaper than an oem also:

Its also a 5200mAh/58Wh battery and it works 100%.

    .

Thank you for replying so quickly. I apologize I just noticed that I posted this in the wrong category. I'll give one of these non-oem batteries a try. Contacted the Acer parts retailer here where I'm from, but it's such an old model I am kind of doubting they'll have them in stock still.

Yes, the copy battery is your best choice as it will work. Just a bit of further advice, this 10" laptop is only good with its default OS of what it came with from Acer the Win-7 Basic and Android, don't try to upgrade to Win-10 as it won’t work and will make this laptop perform snail slow, as this laptops ram can only be upgraded from its 1GB to a max 2GB DDR3-1333MHz type ram and its cpu with its integrated gpu graphics is very low quality and has allot of problems displaying the modern graphics that is needed today but, this laptop will perform allot better with an upgrade of a 2.5”SSD SATA-3 drive which I’ve done and its bearable to use, otherwise it’s a very decorative paper weight with its colours that it came in😁

I think I'd like to grab a 2gb memory stick and throw in an ssd since they're so cheap. What are the max specs on compatable memory with this netbook? Will any 2gb ddr3 so-dimm @ 1333mhz work?
