Aspire E5-575 Windows suggested Updates : "Optional Driver Updates" that I would like to install

Newbie here, and hoping that this screen shot is worth a 1000 words.

First, I like to know if any or all of these drivers, reference the screen shot below, would be advisable to install as I hestiated for years following 2 reasons but now want to upgrade the primary boot hdd to a PCIe M.2 ?

Reason 1 was over the years ms win updates made my system progressively slower and required multi multi multi restalls which made heitate on the drivers in the screenshot.

Reason 2 windows states rely on its "automatic updates unless you have a specific problem in which case one of these drivers might help.

Specifically my Aspire E5-575-53JF specificly shows a Root Port #9 in the driver list which is where the PCIe will communicate with.

Secondly, as mw Win updates hanging in background cripple system speed until I install them, as was hoping that installing these optional ones might reduce some system sluggishness?

Any guidance would be greatfully appreciated, regards to one and all.

Hi,

Yes, you can tick the boxes for the Updates and update them except Insyde Software-Firmware V1.32, it's the BIOS update, you can update it separately, while updating Firmware, make sure that the battery is fully charged and continue to connected with the AC adapter, while updating BIOS do not touch any keys on the keyboard or turn off the laptop, mostly it's safe to update BIOS through Windows Update, during the process the screen may go blank and don't do anything, the laptop will reboot once the flashing ended.
